Frequently asked questions
Are courses accredited?
All of our dangerous goods training courses are accredited by a fully qualified Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA).
How do the tests work?
Each lesson from our online dangerous goods training has a multiple choice test at the end, with 10 multiple choice questions. An 80% pass rate is required to move on to the next lesson, but tests can be retaken multiple times.
Can I just access some of the content?
Unfortunately not, to progress through the lessons and complete the course, users must take lessons in order and cannot progress to the next until they have complated each test.
Am I able to access on a mobile or tablet?
Yes, Desktops, Laptops, Mobiles, Tablets and other devices can be used for our dangerous goods awareness courses as long as you have internet access. However, as with all online training, desktops, laptops and tablets are probably best suited.
How do I access my course?
Once you have purchased or been assigned training, you must sign in from the account menu at the top of the site. Your course should be allocated and available.
How do I buy and manage multiple learners?
Just select the number of learners you need at cart or checkout and the relevant multiple leaner discount will apply. You will then be presented with the option to manage learners for course(s). If you have purchased five learners on the same account, you will be able to view all of your learners progress from the account screen too.
Can I access the course offline?
No. Unfortunately, internet access is required for our dangerous goods awareness, so you cannot take our courses offline.
Do I need sound?
Ideally yes, but you can take our dangerous goods courses online without sound. Lesson sections are timed by the narration length, therefore taking the courses without sound will be less effective.
